Information Gathered through the Website
- Cookies. We use cookies - which are small files containing pieces of information generated in response to your navigation of the site - to tailor the website experience to your needs. The information is not traceable to you and doesn't contain personal information
- Browser/Computer Statistics. Our server logs information about visitors, including IP addresses, date/time visited, referring website, length of stay, etc. This information is used for site statistics only.
- Customer Information. When a purchase is made we are supplied the customers email and delivery information. This information is used solely for the completion of the order made and is not used in any other way - such as postal marketing. During the checkout process the customer has the option to opt-in or opt-out of SATs'n'Stuff marketing, if a customer opts in we will store their email securely and will contact them with new products or offers we believe will be of interest. We will not pass on any customer details to any third parties.
- Opt-in Marketing Registration. At various points in the site, a prospective customer is given the option to register for further information; for example, if a product is not yet released, a potential customer can choose to be informed when that product is ready. Email addresses gathered in this way will only be used to provide information on SATs'n'Stuff products and will not passed to third parties. To be removed from the marketing list, please email info@satsnstuff.co.uk with "unsubscribe" in the subject, from the email account you wish to have removed. It may take up to 28 days for this to be actioned.
- External Site Links. SATs'n'Stuff links to other websites on the internet. Content and Privacy Policies are the responsibility of their respective owners.
Information Gathered When Using Our Products
- Computer Identification. In order to prevent our software being illegally installed on multiple computers, a unique-identifier for each licensed machine is generated and stored on our servers. Subsequent executions of the program see this key checked to ensure its running on the licensed machine. This information is stored securely and not used for any purpose other than to prevent piracy
